Established in 2024 in the Quad Cities, Midwest Parking Lots was founded by two hardworking men with a shared passion for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Meet the Owners

Ric Ramirez – Owner/Operator
A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Ric brings discipline, dedication, and integrity to every project. Behind the scenes, his wife helps keep operations running smoothly, while their family includes a stepdaughter and three beloved four-legged companions:

• Moose – A Landseer Newfie and the best boy ever. He loved everyone and never passed up a game of fetch.

• Tux – A lovable 7-year-old Great Dane who thrives on affection.

• Kingston – A spirited 13-week-old Malinois/Mastiff mix who keeps things exciting.

Ric is passionate about doing the job right the first time, ensuring every project meets the highest standards.

Andy Stuart – Partner/Operator
Andy is a devoted father to his beautiful daughter and his energetic boxer puppy, Luna, who’s always ready to greet new friends with puppy kisses.

In addition to Midwest Parking Lots, Andy owns Lawnworks, a landscaping and property maintenance company, providing everything from lawn care to full landscape transformations, as well as winter services like snow removal and sidewalk clearing.
